Extremely disappointing experience with this exchanger. After I completed my transfer of 3,100 USDT to a Malaysian bank account, there was no payout for more than 12 hours. During this time, support completely ignored my messages and provided no updates on the transaction status. Later, I was informed that the “general processing time” is 1–3 working days, which was not clearly communicated upfront. When I requested a refund due to the long delay and lack of response, I was told that I would receive only 2,955.97 USD after a service fee deduction — meaning they charged around $150 despite the delay being entirely on their side. This is highly unprofessional. Lack of transparency, poor communication, and unfair fees. I strongly do not recommend using this exchanger.

Good morning, I had a good experience with Ajubit in 2024 when funding my Wise account through Ajubit. However, 2 days ago, I proceeded to send 355.20 USDT from my Kucoin to Ajubit. I sent the money from Kucoin, there is no hash ID because Kucoin told me it is an internal transfer. Ajubit blocked my account and rejected the payment. Since then I can not contact Ajubit by any means, since their Skype and Telegram do not exist and there is no email address... Please assist on my 355.20 USDT payment. Thanks Regards Emmanuel.

In the lising the minimal order for USDT -> SWIFT is 300, on the site it's 1000.

Extremely unqualified service. I requested a SWIFT USD transfer to a bank in Thailand, but instead, I received a domestic transfer from another Thai bank, which I absolutely did not need. I required funds to be transferred from outside the country, not a domestic transaction. This is highly unprofessional. I do not recommend using this service to anyone. The staff does not understand the difference between an international SWIFT transfer and a domestic bank transfer (the latter can lead to legal issues). If someone orders a SWIFT USD wire transfer from you, they expect the funds to be delivered via this specific method, not whatever you decide to use. 100% unprofessionalism.

The platform didn't return my full refund as the process of the transaction failed and declined thay debited the fees of payeer They only refund me 569.15 USD and they supposed to return 572 USD. I got the Euro through sepa where other exchangers refused to send through their business euro account. Fees are higher but genuine service.

However, after receiving my payment, they suddenly required me to confirm my identity—a step that wasn’t mentioned when they initially took my money. I complied with their request and confirmed my identity, but the next day, they rejected my order, stating they don't deal with Jersey County. This restriction wasn't mentioned in their terms and conditions. They refunded my payment, but I lost $12 in Perfect Money transaction fees. Additionally, while chatting with their agent, the chat abruptly ended. I'm unsure if they blocked me or if it was a technical issue.
