I sent 1750 USDT, I'm monitoring the transaction hash, and the status on the website still says "Not paid!" I haven't received any responses in the transaction chat or on Telegram, even though it's business hours.

They have hidden fees which is 5%. Quote: Dear customer! We send money as family&friend or mass payment but we deduct 5% less I have a Ukrainian account with 0% commission from PayPal, but they still said they would take an additional 5%. I could understand that the client would get 5% less because of PayPal's commission, but they literally take an extra 5% for themselves.

More than 2 days and still 2 orders still processing what''s wrong with this exchange? why bestchange.com is still listing this website here on their website this completly the worst exchange I have ever used here in my entire life.

Yesterday, I paid USDT to receive an urgent SEPA transfer! But there is no online chat, and the administrators are not responding! How long will I have to wait for the transfer? I need to receive the money urgently!

I made an exchange between usdt and paypal and i sent usdt and till now not confirmed i contacted them by message and telegram there is no response and order will be canceled.

I don't recommend it! They pocketed PayPal's commission, so I ended up getting less money and they got more. There is a notification on the website: "Notice: We send exactly the amount you can see in your order but PayPal cuts his fee and you will receive 3-5% less." I sent 1545 euros, then asked for a screenshot of the payment, which only indicated 1470 euros. I received an answer to the question why a smaller amount was sent: "We should send money as service and in this case PayPal would deduct 5-6% but we couldn’t send as service and sent as family&friend 1474 euro" As a result, they simply pocketed 84 euros for themselves.

All perfect, as always! changed money here 8 times!

Exchange rate on bestchange doesn't match rate on the site 1000 USDT -> 1030 Paypal USD but when I go to the site it's: 1000 USDT -> 960 Paypal USD 7% difference.

Already 60 minutes late, I've no my fund. They're very slow transaction.

They say that PayPal may take some transaction fee and then send family&friends transfer for which no fee is taken. So basically, they just stole 20 EUR from me not mentioning anywhere they can do such a trick. Don't recommend.

I made exchange on 16.01, they sent me the reciept only on 17.01, and today 18.01 I still didn't get money on my account. They take 30 euro for 100 euros exhcange and I think that they need to use SEPA INSTANT.
